Pulsed Transient Plasma and Complex Plasma group is part of the Low Temperature Plasma Laboratory of the National Institute for Laser, Plasma and Radiation Physics.
We are focused on:
-production of plasma sources at low or atmospheric pressure for deposition of thin films;
– thin films analysis by laser-plasma interaction coupled with mass spectrometry and optical spectroscopy;
– characterization of plasma by spectral and electrical methods;
– quantum engineering and metrology.
